Wishing you a blessed and joyous 2016

January 10th, 2016 • Posted by Susan Fasold Butler • Permalink

As 2016 begins, I think about how important it is to be grateful and present in each and every moment we're given....

"The secret of health for both mind and body
is not to mourn for the past,
worry about the future
or anticipate troubles ...
but to live in the present moment wisely and earnestly."
-Buddha

Thanks for choosing me as your massage therapist! I appreciate and enjoy being blessed by so many wonderful people in my practice. I wish you an abundant, healthy and joyous 2016!

I look forward to seeing you in 2016!

Stressed? Meditation can help!

August 12th, 2014 • Posted by Susan Fasold Butler • Permalink

To many of us, each day consists of a race to squeeze in as much as we can before we fall into bed. Running this race for days, weeks, months and even years, can leave you feeling very stressed emotionally, physically and spiritually. Your mind races with the list of "to do's" for the next day and physically you may have headaches, tightnesss and even pain. Meditation can wipe away the day's stresses, bringing with it inner peace. It's definitely time to find some peace! Oprah Winfrey and Deepak Chopra are offering a free 21 day guided meditation. If you've never meditated and just don't know what to do, this is a great way to get started. Here is the link ...
