Stressed? Meditation can help!

To many of us, each day consists of a race to squeeze in as much as we can before we fall into bed. Running this race for days, weeks, months and even years, can leave you feeling very stressed emotionally, physically and spiritually. Your mind races with the list of "to do's" for the next day and physically you may have headaches, tightnesss and even pain. Meditation can wipe away the day's stresses, bringing with it inner peace.
